Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the EMYERRE online store are processed, shipped and delivered.
This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
1. Contact Information
EMYERRE
Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue 14
3070 Lemesos
Cyprus
Email: contact@emyerre.com
For questions concerning an order, please include your full name and order number when contacting us.
2. Shipping Destinations
EMYERRE ships to customers worldwide, subject to carrier availability, local import rules, international trade restrictions and any delivery limitations displayed during checkout.
Shipping may not be available to every country, territory, remote area or postal code.
If we cannot deliver to the address provided after accepting payment, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
3. Free Shipping
EMYERRE provides free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
No standard shipping fee will be charged during checkout unless a different paid delivery service is expressly selected by the customer.
Free shipping does not necessarily include:
-
Customs duties;
-
Import taxes;
-
VAT or sales taxes not collected during checkout;
-
Customs clearance or brokerage fees;
-
Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address;
-
Reshipping costs following an unjustified refusal or failure to collect an order.
Any charges collected directly by EMYERRE will be displayed before the order is submitted.
4. International Fulfilment
EMYERRE works with international suppliers, fulfilment centres and delivery partners.
Depending on the product, availability and delivery destination, an order may be shipped directly from a fulfilment centre located outside Cyprus or outside the customer’s country.
The shipping origin displayed on a parcel does not change the customer’s sales contract with EMYERRE. EMYERRE remains the seller responsible for handling customer service, delivery concerns, refunds and applicable consumer rights.
5. Order Processing
Processing begins after:
-
The order has been successfully submitted;
-
Payment has been authorised;
-
Any necessary fraud or address verification has been completed.
Processing time varies according to the product, supplier, fulfilment location, stock availability and destination.
The applicable estimated processing or dispatch period will be displayed on the product page, during checkout, in the order confirmation or through another clear notice provided before or immediately after the order is placed.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed in the country where the order is processed.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotional campaigns or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary according to:
-
The product ordered;
-
The fulfilment centre;
-
The destination country;
-
The selected or available carrier;
-
Customs procedures;
-
Local postal services;
-
Seasonal demand;
-
Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The delivery estimate applicable to your order will be displayed during the purchasing process or communicated in the order confirmation.
Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guaranteed appointment dates.
Where mandatory consumer law establishes a maximum delivery period, EMYERRE will comply with that requirement. For qualifying European Union and European Economic Area purchases, delivery will ordinarily be completed within 30 days after the contract is concluded unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed with the customer.
7. Processing Time and Transit Time
Processing and delivery are separate stages:
Processing time is the period required to verify, prepare, package and dispatch the order.
Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the parcel and transports it toward the delivery address.
A tracking number being created does not always mean that the parcel has already been collected by the carrier. Tracking information may require several business days to show its first movement.
8. Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may be stored in different fulfilment centres.
As a result:
-
An order may be divided into multiple packages;
-
Packages may be shipped on different dates;
-
Packages may have different tracking numbers;
-
One package may arrive before another;
-
Different carriers may be used for the same order.
You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees because an order was divided into multiple packages.
Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items are missing. Please check all tracking information provided before contacting us.
9. Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.
Customers may also be able to view tracking information through the order status page.
Tracking updates are generated by carriers and local postal services. Temporary gaps, delayed scans or repeated tracking events may occur during international transportation.
Tracking may remain unchanged while a parcel is:
-
Awaiting collection;
-
Moving between international facilities;
-
Under customs inspection;
-
Transferred to a local delivery partner;
-
Waiting for the next available carrier scan.
If the tracking information has not updated for an unusually long period, contact us at contact@emyerre.com so that we can investigate.
10. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:
-
Recipient’s full name;
-
Street name and number;
-
Apartment, unit or building information;
-
City;
-
State, province or region;
-
Postal code;
-
Country;
-
Valid telephone number, where required by the carrier.
Please review your address carefully before submitting the order.
EMYERRE is not responsible for delays resulting solely from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer, except where we accepted a correction before dispatch and failed to apply it.
11. Address Changes
Contact contact@emyerre.com immediately if you need to correct an address.
We will make reasonable efforts to apply the change, but modifications cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
After dispatch, the carrier may be unable to redirect the package. The customer may need to contact the carrier directly, receive the order at the original address or wait for the parcel to be returned.
Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or a requested redirection may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
12. Customs, Import Taxes and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, VAT, sales taxes, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges.
The treatment of these charges depends on:
-
The product’s country of origin;
-
The shipping destination;
-
The product value;
-
The customer’s local laws;
-
Whether applicable taxes or duties were collected during checkout;
-
The shipping arrangement used for the order.
Where taxes or duties are collected by EMYERRE during checkout, they will be included in the order total.
Where such charges are not collected during checkout, the customer may be required to pay them directly to the customs authority, postal operator or carrier before delivery, provided this responsibility was clearly disclosed and is permitted under applicable law.
Free shipping does not mean that an order is automatically exempt from taxes, duties or government charges.
Customers must not request that EMYERRE provide an incorrect product description, false customs declaration or artificially reduced order value.
13. Customs Delays
Customs authorities may inspect, hold, open or request additional information concerning an international package.
Customs processing is outside our direct control and may extend the estimated delivery period.
The customer may be required to provide identification, proof of purchase, tax information or payment of lawful import charges.
EMYERRE will provide reasonable assistance when information from the seller is required to complete customs clearance.
14. Failed Delivery Attempts
Depending on the carrier, one or more delivery attempts may be made.
If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier may:
-
Leave it in a secure location;
-
Deliver it to a neighbour where legally permitted;
-
Redirect it to a collection point;
-
Schedule another attempt;
-
Ask the customer to arrange redelivery;
-
Return it to the sender.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting the package within the period established by the carrier.
15. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused without a valid legal reason or is not collected within the carrier’s deadline, it may be returned to the sender or fulfilment centre.
Where permitted by applicable law, reasonable costs caused by the refusal, failed collection, return transportation or reshipment may be deducted from the refund or charged before reshipping.
This does not apply where the customer refuses delivery because:
-
The parcel is visibly damaged;
-
The wrong product was sent;
-
The package appears to have been materially tampered with;
-
The customer is exercising a mandatory cancellation or consumer right.
16. Delayed Orders
International deliveries may occasionally be delayed because of:
-
Customs procedures;
-
Carrier congestion;
-
Severe weather;
-
Natural disasters;
-
Public holidays;
-
Strikes;
-
Transportation disruption;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Security inspections;
-
Remote delivery locations;
-
Incorrect address information;
-
Events outside our reasonable control.
A delay does not automatically mean that a package has been lost.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated period, contact us at contact@emyerre.com. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, open an investigation with the supplier or carrier.
17. Material Delivery Delays
If we become aware of a significant delay, we may contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
Where required by applicable consumer law, customers may provide EMYERRE with a reasonable additional period to complete delivery.
If delivery is not completed within that additional period, the customer may be entitled to cancel the affected order and receive a refund.
An additional period may not be required where:
-
EMYERRE has refused to deliver;
-
Delivery by a specific date was essential and expressly agreed before purchase;
-
The circumstances make it clear that delivery by the agreed date was essential;
-
Applicable law permits immediate cancellation.
Any mandatory right to cancel because of non-delivery remains unaffected.
18. Lost Packages
A parcel may only be treated as lost after:
-
The carrier confirms the loss;
-
The applicable carrier investigation has been completed;
-
Tracking shows no delivery and sufficient time has passed;
-
Other reliable evidence establishes that delivery did not occur.
When a package is confirmed as lost before delivery, EMYERRE will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
-
A replacement, subject to availability;
-
Reshipment;
-
A refund to the original payment method.
Customers must cooperate reasonably with carrier investigations and provide any requested confirmation of non-receipt.
This does not reduce any mandatory right available under applicable consumer law.
19. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it:
-
Check the delivery address in the order confirmation;
-
Check around the property and any secure delivery locations;
-
Ask household members, reception staff, neighbours or building management;
-
Check for a delivery notice;
-
Contact the carrier or local postal service;
-
Contact EMYERRE at contact@emyerre.com.
We may ask the carrier to provide delivery confirmation, coordinates, photographs, signatures or other available delivery records.
A carrier scan does not automatically remove rights available to a customer where reliable evidence indicates that the package was not delivered correctly.
20. Stolen Packages
Please contact us promptly if a package appears to have been stolen after delivery.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request:
-
Written confirmation of non-receipt;
-
A police or carrier report;
-
Confirmation that the delivery address was secure;
-
Other reasonable information required by the carrier or payment provider.
Responsibility for a package after delivery will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.
21. Damaged Packages
Please inspect the package and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, contact contact@emyerre.com and include:
-
Your order number;
-
A description of the issue;
-
Clear photographs or video of the product;
-
Photographs of the external package;
-
Photographs of the shipping label;
-
Photographs of any visible damage to the packaging.
Keep the product and packaging until we complete our review. Do not discard or return the item unless instructed to do so.
Verified damaged, defective or incorrect orders will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
22. Risk of Loss or Damage
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage remains with EMYERRE until the goods are physically received by the customer or by a person designated by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If the customer independently arranges a carrier that was not offered by EMYERRE, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier, where permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Order Cancellations
Contact contact@emyerre.com immediately if you wish to cancel an order.
We will try to cancel the order before processing or dispatch, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
If an order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive it and follow the process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
This provision does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or refund.
24. Delivery Restrictions
We may be unable to ship certain products or orders because of:
-
Local import restrictions;
-
International sanctions;
-
Carrier limitations;
-
Remote-area restrictions;
-
Prohibited goods rules;
-
Government regulations;
-
Safety or fraud concerns.
We may cancel an affected order and issue a refund if delivery is not legally or practically available.
We will not refuse delivery unlawfully or discriminate against customers in violation of applicable law.
25. Undeliverable Orders
An order may be considered undeliverable when:
-
The address does not exist;
-
The address is incomplete;
-
The recipient cannot be identified;
-
The customer fails to provide information requested by customs or the carrier;
-
The parcel is not collected;
-
Importation is refused by local authorities;
-
Delivery is rejected by the recipient.
If the parcel is returned, we will contact the customer and determine whether reshipment or a refund is appropriate.
Reasonable additional costs may apply where the failed delivery was caused by information or actions attributable to the customer and charging those costs is permitted by law.
26. Shipping Promotions
Free shipping and other shipping promotions may be subject to conditions displayed during the offer.
We may modify or end a future promotion at any time. Changes will not increase the shipping cost of an order already submitted and accepted.
A promotional shipping offer does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
27. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in our fulfilment network, carriers, legal obligations or business procedures.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with an order already accepted.
28. Mandatory Consumer Rights
This policy does not exclude, restrict or replace mandatory consumer rights.
If the laws of the customer’s country provide protections that are more favourable than this policy, those mandatory protections will apply.
Any provision found to be invalid or unenforceable will be limited only to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.
